Hazy orange in color with a bright, frothy white head. Nose is more citrus than anythign else. Taste was citrus as well, but not as juicy as the typical hazy IPA. This is a very dry beer.

Built for spooky season, 450 North shows off their courage with Citra, Mosaice, Galaxy and Motueka nuggets. They ain't 'fraid of no nuggs.
Thick, cloudy and pouring with a slightly doughy consistency, Bat Out of Hell Nuggets patiently separates an eggshell froth from the golden pour underneath. As the scent of citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit rise, so do more berry, herbal and fragrant scents ahead of a cereal sweet taste that's redolent with poundcake, honey and creamy wheat. As the hops grow on the middle palate, the impressions of tangerine, mango and apricot roll into more racy flavors of passionfruit, nectarine, grapefruit, lime and gooseberry. Just enough bitterness to justify its IPA styling, the late taste is a blend of gin-like botanicals, balsa, verbena and tea leaf.
Full bodied, creamy and rounded, the bat is certainly out of hell and ready to attack every hop head coming and going.
