This Imperial Red IPA is deep amber to dark copper in the glass and offers light hop citrus and toasted malts on the nose. Fresh hop bitterness and malts are well-balanced and smooth with a lingering bitter finish.

Copper in color. A fair head, little carbonation and decent lacing. Only a slight hop aroma. Slightly hoppy taste with bitter fruit flavor. I get bitterness instantly but otherwise it drinks well. It has drinkability even at 95 IBU.

Poured from a crowler.
copper colored with 1 finger head that lasted quite a while.
a little smell of alcohol comes through as it warms
taste of dried dark fruits, dates, plums, raisins
overall it is a very good beer, if not for the smell of the alcohol hiding in there it would be great. If you get the chance definitely worth trying. Thanks to Wayne for the crowler
