Had on-tap at the brewpub in Hill City.
L: Semi opaque golden pour with 2 fingers of foamy white head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: citrusy hops and blackberry/fruit. Sweet and juicy.
T/F: Light malt backbone. Citrus hops and blackberry. Sweet fruit balanced out by modestly bitter hops. Creamy mouthfeel... well carbonated.
O: A delicious blackberry NEIPA. Great flavor and dangerously drinkable. Outstanding beet.
