Brewed with Cashmere, Sabro and Mosaic hops.
Pours cloudy peach with a wispy, smallish head that musters plenty of lace. Malty, caramel, biscuity, tropical hops aroma. The taste dominated by citrus, mango, papaya, pineapple hop notes and a moderate bitterness. Sweet malts provide a lot of balance and could be dialed back a bit. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with light carbonation. Medium bitterness and some lingering malt sweetness in the short finish.
A pretty nice New England IPA but the hop profile could be more robust and it could be drier. Still worth a try for fans of the style.
