Never had a Rye IPA before! Bottle looks kind of interesting.
Dark browny orangey colour from the rye...
Aroma of tropical fruit with deep covert maltiness.
You can definitely taste the rye! Highly complex flavours hapenning. It's very different to an American West Coast IPA or an English one. This is unique! This is for artists and those with sophisticated senses and palates. Anyway, the makers of this are amazing.
Because of it's uniqueness, many will think it is weird or different, and it will not get the respect it deserves. Though if Carlsberg or Heineken released it, then it would be marketed.
This does not have excess fruitiness, bitterness, or sweetness. Everything is perfectly balanced. And subtle. This is amazing IPA, truly great.
