2014 version rated here, as that when this beer was added to BA. Several other versions with various recipes also exist.
500 ml bottle (label with blue winter motive), one of just a few remaining at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Brown colour, huge off-white head. Aroma of medium roast malts, burnt breadcrumbs, caramel and pine logs. Dry flavour with mediium roast malts, but just enough fruitiness to make the beer quite drinkable. Hints of caramel and brown bread. Moderate hops.
