Larnaka 23/7 2017. 33 cl bottle from Metro. Little boat in dire weather on the label. Accompagnied by some fairly long tale about vicious weather around the Cyclades on the back label.
Pours dark amber with small white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is not very strong. Sweetish. Caramel, toffee with hints of alcohol.
Soft carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by quite distinct bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingering.
Manages to bide the high ABV fairly well and nice with a little bitterness in this type of beer. Pretty solid.

It has a black color with a thick brown like head.
It smells like coffee and malts.
I felt like I was having a combination of a regular stout with hints of a non sugar tiramisu in the middle of the sip and a bit of bitterness in the end.
Overall it was great with a medium body.

Bottle. Possibly conditioned. Pours almost black with a thick, dark tan head.
Rich aroma of roasted malt, coffee and cocoa.
A sweet version of the smell upon tasting with the addition of dark hedgerow fruits. A light charred bitter flavour is present .
Soft carbonation with a medium to full body.
Very nice.

This is allegedly a strong pilsner but the color is pitch black, the mouth feel fuller than a pilsner, and the flavor pretty strong. It is quite good but it reminds me of a stout, but I guess it is not.
Look: pitch black with an inch thick off-white, close to mocca colored head
Aroma: roasted malts, coffee, maybe a hint of currant
Taste: The flavor is roasted malts, coffee, a hint of something tart fruity like black currant
Body/Overall: medium body
