Larnaca 1/10 2022. 33 cl bottle from Alfamega hypermarket, Larnaca. Transparent label with a white version of Nissos’ logo and the name of the beer in bold Greek letters.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with subtle sourish notes. Sweet pale malts, bread and cereals. Hints of sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent malty Kellerbier with a fine bitter touch.
