This is our East Coast IPA...big citrus aromas and a clean hop bite from the Citra and Cascade hops we use. But wait there's more... A solid malt bill lends to a solid malt body and lots of balance. Drink with caution or you'll blow a fuse.

They’re pretty honest in the description of this one, and I’m liking the results. Pretty bold mix of medium malts and grapefruit-heavy hops, which I view as an ideal IPA mix. Light orange-gold body with minimal head. Huge, pungent grapefruit rind and malty biscuit on the nose, with citrus and pine and some nice floral notes. Taste absolutely follow, with a wonderful lingering grapefruit pith bitterness. West Coast from South Carolina. Like it!

12 oz can from the Wall of Beer (Clemson, SC; $2.19) with a March 2019 canning date.
Look: Slightly hazy and deep amber colored body with a fine, creamy bone-colored size white head that has very good retention.
Aroma: fruity, piney and dank hops with notes of straw.
Flavor: follows the aroma; moderately bitter for style.
Feel: medium body and medium carbonation.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Gene's Haufbrau, poured into a pint glass. Had a copper color and a hazy texture. There was an inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Pretty good lacing.
S: A nice, sweet aroma of hops, a bit of malt, and little fruit.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of hops, sweet malt, citrus (grapfruit, perhaps) and other tropical fruits. A sweet, generally well rounded flavor. Had a nice balance of hops and fruit, but doesn't quite jump out at you.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a drinkable IPA, but not one that stands out (although this is hard to do when there are so many IPAs out there.

New one from James Island just outside of Charleston, SC, a city with a growing beer scene. Strong flavored IPA, you really taste the hops in this one especially that lingering hop flavor after sip number two. I am an IPA fan, color on this one slightly darker than the standard IPA. Good hop flavor but something is lacking in the mouthfeel. Overall good IPA for now guys and respectable, just not my favorite.
