This is an unfiltered helles out of Hannover. The nose is soft, of rising bread dough. It is resinous and floral on the tongue. Extremely yeasty with a hint of candied orange and sweet caramel in the aftertaste. Relatively low carbonation while coating the mouth. If you‘re a fan of yeast flavors, this beer is for you.
