A Belgian-style strong golden ale brewed with Keremeos pears and Indian coriander.

Appearance. Pours a very hazy honey gold, topped with over a finger of frothy white head that settles to a dense skim.
Smell. Juicy ripe pears, dry and fruity yeast that makes me think champagne, a touch of booze.
Taste. Sweet pears, fruity belgian yeast, very light grassiness. Abv is well hidden, dry finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with pretty strong carbonation.
Overall. Good stuff.

A: Cloudy golden liquid with one finger of white head that left a nice lacing.

T: Pears and sweet malt that finishes dry. Absolutely beautiful.

O: An unbelievable beer. I only hope that Dageraad discovers a way to make this year round.
