Biotransformed Belgian/New England IPA
By blending Belgian yeast and science, we’ve managed to combine the best Belgian IPA you’ve ever had with the greatest NEIPA ever. We added an enzyme that causes hop biotransformation so that you can now have the ester and phenol complexity of a beer fermented with Belgian yeast together with the juiciness that can only be achieved through the enzymatic cleaving of aroma compounds.
Ingredients: Malted barley, oats, enzyme, yeast, hops, water

Dageraad Brewing 'Best Of All Possible Worlds IPA' @ 6.5% , served from a 650 ml bottle
A-pour is gold from the bottle to a slight hazy dark gold in the glass with a large white head , leaving a streaky lace along the tulip , even with a warning the last pour released some funk
S-more Belgian the NE ,
T-tart & fruity beer , interesting swallow/finish to this beer
MF-mild carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-truly a funky beer/IPA , NE meets Belgium

Beer Club offering from Sherbrooke in Edmonton. Split 2 ways - 22 oz bomber.
Pours a hazy/cloudy pale orange (I did get the dregs) with 3 fingers of tight foamy white head requiring repeated pours as head slowly faded to a bubbly froth.
Aroma is at once fruity, funky phenolic, and hoppy with notes of citrus, banana, and spicy Belgian yeast.
Taste follows with phenolic notes, banana, generic citrus, and peppery spice, finishing with a funky bitterness - saison like with a hop hit.
Actively carbonated - medium mouthfeel - persisting funky fruity bitterness that becomes a little taxing.
I liked this quite a bit early but did find 11 oz enough.
