Our annual tradition of making a beer with all our leftover hops is back! Irresolution is different every year, but always designed to brighten the holidays, and make you second-guess any rash declarations or promises made in the thrill of the moment on the 31st, or in the stinging morning light of the 1st.

Pours a bright apricot orange - softly hazy as unfiltered but trying hard to be clear - three fingers of puffy, creamy white head. A very pretty beer.
Fruity nose - tropical fruit, mandarin orange, honeydew with a hint of pine on a bready malt backing; fruity aromas dominate.
Sweet bready malt on the palate with ripe citrus, hint of peach, tropical fruit - almost a candy floss note - gentle bitterness at the back only.
Smooth and exceptionally easy drinking - light end of medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation (if any complaint carbonation just a hair low, but nitpicking really). This was great.
Repeat March 30/23 - not sure what I was talking about - carbonation just fineā¦..
