Fruit-forward yet balanced, juicy but with a clean finish, we took everything we learned with the New Slang series and crafted an IPA in true Dageraad fashion - refined, balanced and a little nerdy.
Daybreak is brewed with thiolized yeast, turning out exciting new aromatics and flavours from the Nelson, Sauvin, Sultana, Galaxy and Citra hops.

Poured from a 473ml can.
I would class this IPA as a west Coast.
A nice looking our with a hop and yeast filled nose.
A somewhat bland IPA but very drinkable.

Cloudy yellow liquid capped by slight white head. Muted citrus aroma. Resinous, citrus, pine, passionfruit and earthy flavour. Not bad but not great either. For a biotransformed IPA I would've expected some Saaz or Cascade.

Dageraad Brewing 'Daybreak IPA' @ 6.0% served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a light gold from the can to a hazy light gold in the glass with a small size white head leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-dry hopped - Nelson Sauvin , Sultana , Galaxy & Citra
T-some juicy fruits to start , dry bitter swallow
MF-ok carbonation , big medium body
Ov-just an ok beer/NE IPA

Kinda disappointing. A little bland and mild for an IPA.
