Appearance: Arrives cloudy and goldenstraw colored; the one finger head leaves a few strands behind
Smell: Tart key lime tones with a pithy hop aspect
Taste: The aroma appears on the taste buds with lactic key lime tones forward and an increasingly pithy grapefruit character in the middle; tart finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: Very interesting; captures the key lime flavor without bringing on any sweetness, fortunately
