Appearance: Arrives cloudy and straw colored; the two finger head retains nicely and leaves a few strands behind
Smell: Papaya, passionfruit and lemon tones
Taste: Papaya forward with the passionfruit and lemon tones building; pithy in the middle, with an intense bitterness that complements the tropical fruits in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice IPA that brings on the bitterness while retaining a tropical identity
