Appearance: Arrives cloudy and goldenstraw colored with an impressive head that leaves copious lacing
Smell: Pomelo pith with a hint of lemon; Sauvignon Blanc wine tones
Taste: Citrusy from the outset, with with pomelo and lemon forward; a hint of juicy sweetness and pine resin builds; moderately bitter with some of the Sauvignon Blanc tones in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A antipodean twist on the NE IPA style that heads in a very citrusy and resinous direction
