From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little brew pours a
nice clear golden with a very nice head of white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and shows some excellent lacing.
Nose of subtle oak, cereal grains, lager touches, dried apple,
caramel, and honey sweet malts with light herbal hop touches.
Flavors nail it for the style; light cereal grains, light breaded malts,
caramel, honey, pine and herbal hops that are well balanced, and
light apple hints. Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium light
carbonation, and a balanced sweet finish that is faintly dry.
Overall----excellent!
