I tried this beer at the brewery in Columbus as part of their "Beer Geek" five sample flight. It poured an opaque milk chocolate dark with very thin off white ring head that did not leave any lace. The scent had bold vanilla aroma accented with subtle chocolate and berry notes. The taste was sweeter leaning and better for sipping. There was mild dark roast base with a Cheesecake factory black raspberry and chocolate cheesecake flare with molasses and vanilla highlights. The mouthfeel was fuller in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a decent beer...but too sweet and too boozy for me.
