From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74----Cheers Dude!
This solid maibock pours a chill hazed amber tinged golden color with
a fantastic head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thick clumping
layer, and sports some very nice lacing. Nose of honey sweet malt, fresh oak,
and very herbal hops layered over breaded malts. Flavors hit the note with
light breaded malts, grassy and herbal hops, rich oak, honey sweet malt,
and light caramel. Mouth feel is medium light, medium fluffy carbonation,
smooth, and a balanced herbal hop and lightly sweet finish.
Exceptional balance, smooth, and quenching----not sure what more one could ask for!
Cheers

16 ounce can, canned on 05/16/22. Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a mostly clear dark gold color with about an inch or so frothy off-white head that stayed around a long time. Lots of lacing, too. I like the aroma, the brew smells like toasted/bready malt and some herbal hops. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some oak and dried apple flavors noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth, slick and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a pretty good overall Maibock, hopefully there's still some around because I want to buy more!
