12° Czech Pale Lager. Inspired by a trip to Czechia, where we made quick friends with some brewers in Prague while enjoying (many) traditional Czech beers. Beer poured gold with a very nice white head that has some great hang time.
Nose has notes of white crackers and bread.
Taste is a light malt base, that is full of flavor. Getting a doughy and bready flavor with a touch of sweetness. The back end is hopped nicely that leaves a touch of lingering bitterness; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall, i like this very well, not as bitter as some in the style but i appreciate the leaning towards being more balanced.

Overall: A lighter drinking, every day Czech style pale lager. Not a premium Czech, as it lacks that kind of malt complexity and alcohol strength. Very crushable, as some say. Crisp and refreshing.
