12° Czech Pale Lager. Inspired by a trip to Czechia, where we made quick friends with some brewers in Prague while enjoying (many) traditional Czech beers. The unique characteristics in this one are subtle, but the riches are there if you go looking for them. Collaboration with Pivovarsky dum Benedict

Received a 16 oz can from @ATL6245 4-25-26. Canned 3-11-26; consumed 5-17-26. Cold stored since acquisition. Thanks for the opportunity, David!

Beer poured gold with a very nice white head that has some great hang time.

Nose has notes of white crackers and bread.

Taste is a light malt base, that is full of flavor. Getting a doughy and bready flavor with a touch of sweetness. The back end is hopped nicely that leaves a touch of lingering bitterness; 6/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.

Overall, i like this very well, not as bitter as some in the style but i appreciate the leaning towards being more balanced.

Appearance: Clear, gold. Fluffy white head with good retention.

Aroma: Herbal

Flavor: Spicy and herbal. Slight lime note. Grainy on the back end. Low bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium to Medium light bodied, soft, dry finish. Clean fermentation profile.

Overall: A lighter drinking, every day Czech style pale lager. Not a premium Czech, as it lacks that kind of malt complexity and alcohol strength. Very crushable, as some say. Crisp and refreshing.
