I tried this at Chatty Monks served chilled in a goblet.
The color is dark amber like maple syrup with thin white head and fine bead with hazy clarity and very good retention. The smell is hoppy with a light mix of floral and citrus with slight malt scent and mild alcohol odor. The feel is a thick feeling with bitter entry and balanced yet assertive bitterness with moderate carbonation/sweetness with a semi-dry finish.
The taste is tangy with citrus and slight tropical and lightly fruity taste of yeast with mild tangerine type taste with herbal and dank hop quality that evolves to juicy grapefruit and a warming finish. The hops are the focus however the alcohol is pretty apparent for the style. I would try this again since the flavor of the hops is the focus but it i a little sweet which hinders the drinkability

Draft offering at the source. The brew appeared clear amber color with khkai topping. Aroma is solid with a bright hoppy bouquet of citrus, pine, fruit and some herbal/vegetal notes. Unfortunately the taste is not as exciting as the nose. It has a little bit of a dirty/green yeast character and vegetal hop feel. Interesting mix of malty sweet and hoppy but not all that bitter. Medium in body with modest carbonation. Of their other styles of beer I got to try, this one was my least favorite - not because I dislike hoppy beer just that while the nose was great, the taste was a bit meh.

Smell - Diacetyl A lot of diacetyl smelled like butterscotch and popcorn
Appearance - Copper with thick white head
Taste - Butter, then some hop bitterness but the flavor is masked by a slick mouthfeel and overwhelming butterscotch diacetyl notes.
Overall - if they gave the beer a solid diacetyl rest it would probably be better, but as it is not the best IPA out there.

Pours a nice deep amber color, with minimal head. Light smell, kinda sweet. Nice bitter flavor to finish. Perfect with all those hops!
