A collaboration brew made with 100% Pennsylvania Craft Malt. Made here. By us. For you. In a continued effort to showcase the robust Pennsylvania agriculture industry, breweries from across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have teamed up to produce the fifth installment of the ever popular “PA Pride” beer series. Named for the love and pride we all share for the Keystone state, this version is an 8% Double IPA.

Malts (from Deer Creek Malthouse, Glen Mills, PA): Keystone Pale Ale, Colonial Pilsner, Pale Wheat, Rolled Oats.
Hops (from Z.H. Hops & Malt, King of Prussia, PA): African Queen, Southern Passion, Southern Hospitality.
Tasting Notes: Pineapple, grapefruit, citrus zest, and green tea with a dank, resinous complexity.

A thanks to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a hazy golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus. Taste is citrus, dankness, significant bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.
