Copenhagen 15/11 2019. 25 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh. Ø. Classic Beer label with some hops, medals and different shades of sickingly yellow.
Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Settles as very thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Very moderate Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, malty sweet with light sour notes. Sweet pale malts, grains, sugar. Sour grainy notes. Light yeast odor of basement.
Medium carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit.
Fairly uninteresting take on a Pilsener. Reminds me more of a too sweet Lager Beer.

It's still about. Although ABV is 5 now. Pours slightly hazy straw gold. Hoppy and malty, with slight florals. Lovely full feel. Nice and refreshing Belgian lager.
