Okay the first thing is that this berr is made by Martens in Belgium exclusively for Japan I believe. They advertise it as a real Belgian beer - which is true as it is made in Belgium, but it is NOT a Belgian beer as far as the type of beer is concerned. It is a pilsner.
Which takes us to the next topic: yes, it is a pilsner and it is a proper pilsner. Overall it is okay, not bad, but I would have given it an overall 3.75 if I wasn't in Japan. Here I gave it a 4 because it is a proper European made pilsner, unlike all the s**t that you get here.
Yes, would buy it again if I needed a pilsner for cheap.
