This was just bottled. Golden color with a thick thin head.
Nice hoppy aroma with Belgian fresh hops with pine and floral notes (noble like). Not complex, being very assertive, but still nice. That was surprising.
Flavor with notes of floral hops, malt sweetness with a bit of caramel, some pine and finishing with some grapefruit. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 6.5% is not felt at all.
Although this is definitely not complex, it hit some of the right flavors I like with surprisingly fresh Belgian floral and piney hops I had while visiting their respective fields. Ps. I just had their bad Chiara beer, and I was expecting a nasty beer. I would definitely buy this regularly in Rome where good beer is scarce.
