16 oz can into IPA glass. No date.
Look is fairly clear yellow. Smell is sweet candied fruit. Taste follows nose and has citrus/orange ending. Feel is light. Overall a nice easy to drink IPA. Would drink again.

Reminds me of an alchemist beer. Very good too.

On tap at the brewery. This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a ruddy burnt yellow almost orange color. Slim finger’s worth of white foamy head. Dissipates and leaves a messy sort of lace. The aroma had a nice semi-sweet to bitter citrus pulp and then the rind comes in thwarting a subtle dried piney-ness underneath. Nice level malt touches far underneath. The flavor brings together all of the previously mentioned aromas sweetly and bitter together. Sly dry sweet hops to malts backbone hits the aftertaste and cleanly provides a nice finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a mighty fine sessionability about it. Carbonation seems to hit appropriately. Bitterness levels hit right in the harshness department. Overall, really nicely done AIPA. Everything just comes across so nice. Would love to have again and definitely have with appropriate food. Possibly might be Simple Roots best beer to date, yeah, quite possibly.
