On tap at McGillicuddy’s, Five Corners (Essex Junction). This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a slight yellow colored transparent body with a thin white cap of a foamy head. Thin spider web lace. The aroma had some sweet corn malts playing with a light grassy hop and then a nice little bit of spice. The flavor followed through blending the sweet to the spice, freely flowing on into the aftertaste and on into the finish, somewhat quick. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice mobility of smoothness along my tongue. Light carbonation was felt. Overall, nicely done pilsener, almost Czech, but perhaps one of those "new world"/American blends all around. Perhaps again.
