On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a tulilp.
The appearance was a semi-murky to bright red color with no head or lace.
The aroma started with red raspberries, bold and up front with some lemon juice, light grassy hops, some crushed coriander and ended with some light white bready notes.
The flavor was moderately sour with a nice blend of tart to sweet raspberry flesh and skin features playing with a light dose of those grassy hops. Aftertaste seemed to only be directed towards the red raspberries.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fine sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine, somewhat low but nice. ABV felt on par. Nice sour to tart to semi-sweet raspberry finish.
Overall, pretty nicely done raspberry saison well worthy of coming back to preferably in the Summer.
