Can. Beautiful bright CLEAR gold with loose head that fades but doesn't disappear. Grassy herbal honey noble authentic aroma. Somewhat honey sweeter than expected with not much bitterness in the otherwise authentic herbal finish. Light body. Fairly low carb for style. Slight miss but still very good.

Can to pilsner glass.
The appearance was a light transparent yellow color sustained by a small finger's worth of white foamy head. Mellow lace stuck around the glass in a messy fashion.
The aroma had some semi-sweet biscuity to subtle floral hop laced and light grassy hop notes.
The flavor took all of the prior mentioned aromas to blend and add in a touch of lemon sweetness. Grassiness adds an ever so small touch of spice. Mellow aftertaste of grassy hops, lemon sweetness and biscuits.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied but just a small touch under. Good carbonation. Smooth enough with just a tickle of "pulled texture" (I don't want to say "scraping" but let's just say it's quite mellow). Nice finish of lemon sweetness, grassy hops and a light touch of biscuits.
Overall, it's a pretty nicely done pilsner in an Americanized fashion. I'd have again for me but true German pilsner fans might not entirely like this one.
