Slightly murky, copper, not much fine white foam
Black pepper, fresh yeast, sweet dough, Marzipan
Dry, phenol sharpness, lingering bitterness
Sharp carbonation, refreshing, medium body
This is a very nice twist on an expressive Belgian beer without all the alcohol that you usually get from it. Not an easy drinker. This beer got personality.
