Nice berliner weisse. Nice tartness. Very nice mandarin and lemon presence, some grain, lactic. Nice balance, very refreshing. Mango, pine needles. Nice hops

Almost clear yellow color, white head. Aroma is quite hoppy with tart lemon and lactic sourness. Taste is tart, lactic, sourdough, lemon. Dry finish, light body, medium to low carbonation. Quite good overall.

This very refreshing without being too sour. The dry hopping with tropical hops aroma is a nice touch. Unfortunately there is no head to speak of above the murky pale body and the Berliner Weisse prototypical champagnelike evervesence is not present but rather a coarser less carbonated soda-like experience. The feel borders watery as a result. Good recipe but sub-paar execution. However, would drink this again if found on a hot day.
