Draught @ Oedipus Taproom (Taproom exclusive). Calvados barrel-aged. Pours a black colour. Brown head with a small layer retention. Aroma's: umami, wood, calvados or cognac, boozy, glue. Retronasal: big glue and paint thinner, mouldy, old wood. Flavour is light moderate sweet, umami, wood. Strong alcohol feel. Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Long finish, without any new flavours. I guess this was left in the barrel way too long.
