On tap at Capitol Beer on Sacramento. Sharp sour notes in aroma and taste. Slick, sticky body; bone dry finish. Extremely sour. Definite pucker, a bit more experience with the style will be necessary.

Draft snifter at Links for their Belgian bar popup thing.
Bright saturated orange, sharp clarity, thin broken skim with flecks of spotty lace.
Aroma shines with a nice yogurty cheesiness. Some sharpness. Play-doh?
Taste is pretty tart with a pleasant cheese rind funk. Somewhat one dimensional but tasty and drinkable. Significant oaky presence. If this was 12.99 a 750 I'd drink it often, but the ultra premium of $12/9oz is a little much. This doesn't really approach traditional lambic, though it seems that's what it was shooting for, I did enjoy it. Not at all a Flanders Red.

On tap at The Bavarian Lodge, Lisle, IL:
The beer was served in a snifter. The beer appeared a nice deep, clear red with a small, thin white head and some lacing. The beer gave off a very nice sour aroma, acidic and citrus. The taste of the beer was a nice, sharp sourness to it, with a light body, which was very easy to drink. Overall, a nice representation of the style. I would have had a few more, if I could have.

On tap at Lost Nation. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Hazy deep orange body. Small white head. Some lacing.
Smell - Very oaky. Sharp acidity. Stone fruits and some maltiness. Hints of vinegar. A little citrusy.
Taste - Sharp sourness. Builds throughout. Fresh oak flavor. Pale maltiness and sourness give it a grapefruit flavor. Woody finish as the sourness peaks to a slight bit of vinegar.
Mouthfeel - Moderate sourness that spikes in the finish. Medium body. Well carbonated.
Overall - The style says Flanders Red as I review this, but it reminds me much more of a oak soured pale.
