On tap at Specialty Beer Cellar. Hazy deep orange. Smells of oak, fruity yeast and bananas, moderate vinegar. Tastes a little bit vinegary and very oaky. Kinda malty in the middle. Green apple tartness in the finish. Medium body. Moderate sourness. Nice.

On tap. Poured a clear, golden-amber color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled oak, green apple and lemon. Great sour and tart taste with green apple and lemon.

Pours a clear golden color. Aroma is tart, funky and delicious. Flavor is sour up front with a delicious funky aftertaste. This is a really good sour beer.

Copper filtered gold hue. Ringed head. Acetic scent. Oaky sour earth must- must hVe been barreled long. Smooth wash to a lingering tart finish. Quite good. Would buy another pour.
