Pours a glowing amber-golden color, with a huge, spongy white head.
Smells of coppery wheat, old, flowery hops, rock sugar and slightly skunky yeast.
Has a high, mineralic carbonation with a lighter, refreshing mouthfeel.
Tastes of sun grown wheat, perfectly nuanced amount of rock sugar and soothing, lighter yeast. Has a pleasant mineralic note, which brings up a light, leafy hop profile, which adds a nice complexity to this. Finishes with a light sugar note, blending well into the wheat, entangled into a light, prevailing hoppi- and spiciness.
Sparkling till the end, this is refreshing, versatile focussed and tasty.
