This beer pours a golden yellow color with a settling head.
The smell is very citric, coming from the used hops (Nelson Sauvin, Perle, Mittelfruh) and the blossoms. The blossoms add a nice floral tone.
The taste of the beer is citric with notes of lemon and yeast derived citric notes. The hops have added a nice depth of lemon and maybe some grapefruit. The yeast is not giving any clove or banana. Bitterness is low. The mouthfeel is not sweet and the beer is very drinkable.
