On cask at San Fernando Brewing Company in San Fernando, CA.
Pours a murky honey gold with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, floral, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with toast, caramel, citrus fruit, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
