Pint can poured into Boulevard snifter - Canned on Aug 30, 2019
Milk chocolote to dark, mostly opaque - one finger of toffee colored foam, stays well and laces nicely.
Smell is nutty, coffee, chocolate, tobacco..... taste follows - really nice roasted beans in the finish.
Feel is crisp, not too heavy (but heavy enough)... well done.
I'm liking this brew quite alot, as good as any brown I can recall having.

Pours brown with a light brown head. Hefty lacing around the top of the glass. Aroma is malt forward, as it should be, with toasty nuttiness. Taste is a bit more complex - the toastiness turns into somewhat of a roastiness with very slight hints of chocolate/coffee. Feel is lightly carbonated (this is a cask beer after all) and it's lightly bodied. Overall, I've had some brown ales, and I'm not sure if it's because it's a cask beer or not, but this one was full of flavor, very drinkable and easily my favorite.
