Name means literally “Party beer” but a more appropriate translation is “Celebration beer” or something to that nature. This beer uses 3 USA hops.
15 cl. draft @ Modeste 2011: Hazy citrus colour with a white head. Butery malts with lots of butter, some light whiskey malt, light spices, wood, citrus in smell but not really in taste, not getting any smoke, lots of spicy butter, odd thing. Clearly infected but in an interesting way this time around. Tried it again in 2012, still infected this time around but in a boring way, no notes taken.
