Silos is the toasted variety of the Casasola's beers, also with a second fermentation inside the bottle. With a little taste of licorice due to the malt toast, this recipe goes very well with any kind of meat (cold or cooked). A slight taste of honey can be noticed when tasted; this honey is fully produced in our own hives, just a few meters from our brewery.
