Darker gold (not quite amber) color. Crystal clear. Moderate two-finger head which settles to film slowly. Excellent broad streaked lacing.
There's a bit of skunk despite being poured from a can. This covers up most of the soft pale malt that reminds me of the Munich Helles beers. I do pick up on some floral hop nose which is attractive.
Relatively creamy both in taste and in body. The grainy pale malt dominates as it should, but there's an interesting unexpected complexity of undercooked biscuits in the mix. The hop is like a light spice with only a touch of white pepper. Oddly, there's a long aftertaste featuring the lactose creaminess. I'd almost guess this is a well-made cream ale.
