Stratus is cloudy, full of juicy hops and unlike others in the style, we’ve kept it hazy rather than murky. A BrewPub favourite and now drifting in cans. This brew brings you a plethora of fruit flavours and aromas including pawpaw, passionfruit, and mango. Balanced with the yeasty characters and bready flavours from the addition of cereal grains, Stratus is a delicious hazy NEIPA that will keep you suspended in a smooth hazy cloud.

Receive for Christmas 2022, drunk in January 2023.
Drunk in company so notes are perfunctory at best.
L: Hazy, light orange with a creamy white, fizzy head.
S: Orange and pine. A little bit of shampoo or over-fermented pineapple in there too.
T: Bitter, piney, orange peel, menthol. I grew to really like this one.
M: Sharp, prickly, but appropriate to the beer's bitterness.
O: A surprisingly bitter NEIPA that teetered on the edge of a mosaic shampoo session but managed to stay on the right side of the line to end up a delightful beer.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
