DESCRIPTION:
A Collaboration brew with our friends at To Share Brewing Co. A NEIPA w/lactose dry hopped with citra and galaxy hops, as well as featuring pineapple and strawberry purée. Easy-drinking and refreshing with loads of fruity flavor & aroma.
THE STORY:
The name we chose comes from Henry David Thoreau's "A Week on the Concord and Merrimack Rivers;" a narrative of a boat trip he and his brother John took together in 1839. When John passed away in 1842, Thoreau published the book as a tribute to his brother's memory. While on the Merrimack River near Manchester, he recorded the following quote while they both took in the beautiful countryside: "The world is but a canvas to our imaginations."
Beer is similar in a lot of ways, serving as a canvas to our imaginations. Thus, we chose this name to reflect the creativity & imagination we and our friends at To Share Brewing put into this collaborative effort, as well as a nod to our local area & history. Cheers!
