From the bottle, it pours a hazy yellow amber with a large white head that is thick and lasts. In the nose, it is fresh and lively, with hints of spicessuch as coriander and lemon zest. In the mouth, it is the same: nice and refreshing...

330ml bottle served in a flute glass.
A: Pours a dark yellow to beige color. Very cloudy. Forms a big bubbled and very soapy white head. Great retention. Forms a lot of soapy and lingering lacings in the glass. A thin creamy layer remains a long time on the top
S: Strong notes of coriander and orange zest. Sweet malts. Very fruity, sweet and spicy in the nose. Wheat. Citrus hops combination with the orange peel
T: Taste follows the nose. Slightly sweet and malty upfront. Strong notes of coriander and oranges. Orange zest and citrus hops. Notes of wheat and spices. In overall, it's smoothly dry and very fruity. Less sweet than expected by the snow which is a positive point. No bitterness. Bready yeasts
M: Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Bready, fruity and spicy aftertaste
O: Very drinkable. Good surprise. The best Battin I've had so far. Smooth end easy to drink

33cl Bottle: BBD 25 Mar 2014. Poured into a tumbler in my hotel room, Ste Maxime on the South of France on 12 Sep 2013.
Reminded me greatly of Hoegaarden in almost every way: cloudy yellow/orange with a small head, corriander and orange feel to the smell and taste, semi-sour, with refreshing citrus notes throughout.
I'm not usually a big fan of this style, but it hit the spot on this occasion.
A very nice Witbier, great after a 10 hour drive over the Alps and relaxing swim in the hotel pool.
