After a few flights I feel confident this is the best beer at Ardent. Classic in style but incredibly well done. Most is a bit restrained - what do you expect from a 6% robust porter? A little nutty and roasty. Flavor pops though - big dark chocolate covered espresso beans with a nutty backdrop. Really excellent. Feel is wildly creamy for the abv. This is a superlative robust Porter.
