Pours a hazy golden with white head. Bretty funky aroma. This is carried by pear juice which is undercut by slight bitterness and a bit of a mineral copper penny flavor. Despite that minerality, it is overall good and quite tasty.

L: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had a bright orange color and a cloudy consistency. There was a huge, creamy, extremely long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A nice aroma of the saison funk, light fruit, brettanomyces, and some light spices.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of the advertised brettanomyces, citrus fruit (a bit of orange), Belgian-style yeast, spices (pepper, in particular), and tinge of malt. A well done flavor that's not as heavy on the funk as other saisons. It's light, effervescent, and subtly complex.
F: A solid amount of carbonation with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is an immensely drinkable American version of a saison. Well made. An easy-drinking beer for the summer months.

Yellow body, moderate haze, with a soapy white collar. Brett funk all over the aroma. The flavor is all about that brett, 'bout that brett, no treble. Light in body. Easy drinking.
