Ripple Effect, our newest Pink Boots collab brew, is a west coast cold IPA. This style of IPA is treated like a lager: brewed with a lager yeast, fermented cold, and conditioned cold. Hopped with a classic blend of west coast hops (chinook, centennial, mosaic, and cascade), Ripple Effect features notes of pine, citrus, and resin, finishing crisp and clean with some notable bitterness.
