Pours deep golden in color with a brilliant white head on top. Aroma is of fruity belgian yeast with strong pear notes. Some phenolic medicinal notes poke out and make an appearance in it's flavor, but not in a negative way. More fruity belgian yeast and a relatively even balance of pale malts and hops. This beer has a full body with very crisp, effervescent carbonation. It seems to be quite true to style, in my opinion.
