Thanks Mike. The appearance was a dark pale amber sort of color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that died off at a decent pace. Sly messy lace. The aroma blended some citrusy and grassy hops to a sturdy caramel/toffee malt base. Light nuts, some biscuits. The flavor blended the sweet to the bitter pretty well leading into a light aftertaste between the malts and nuts. Same sort of finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Light carbonation. Good ABV. Overall, pretty good as an American red ale, worthy to have again.
